Instructions:  The Commander will initiate the calls by activating the phone tree.  Each officer will call the next officer relaying whatever information has been passed.

 Once the tree has been completed the last officer will call the Commander and inform him that the chain has been completed.

 If you leave a message ensure you follow up to ensure the officer received the message; in other words have them call you back to inform you that they did get the message.  If the call is to contact your list, once you have completed your calls, call the Commander to inform him that your list has been contacted; note if you leave a message that counts as a contact.
